The folks from Ocean State Appliance did an EXCELLENT job throughout the purchase, old appliance removal, and installation process. They even gave me an opportunity to clear debris and clean the space before placing the new items. Each of the installers was courteous, professional, and friendly. Amazing experience with Shane, Alissa and Andrew all the way around from start to finish. So much better than going to the big box stores and personalized service from all. Shane made the install a breeze and they office staff made sure I got my $300 rebate on an already great price. Will definitely never buy an appliance anywhere else ever again. Andrew was great to work. He was very knowledgeable and directed me to the dishwasher that was right for my needs. The price was competitive and they removed my old dishwasher at the time of install of the new one. I will definitely be doing business with Ocean State appliance for all my appliance needs.

I would like to begin by saying I've bought many appliances from different stores in this state and Ocean State Appliciance is by far the best. Beginning with the manager Alissa, who could not have been more patient and kind . Andrew is friendly, warm, kind, knowledgeable, and most helpful ! Shane the owner is so very very nice, he held our appliciances over the time he should have when we had trouble with our contractor. Everyone was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. Wonderful company, good pricing, large selection. Run, don't walk !

Recently needed a new washer and dryer and went to Ocean State Appliance as they are close to our house. I was very happy with our service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing new appliances. We always prefer to support the small businesses and stay out of the big box stores when we can. They price match also which was great!

Exceptional service for even a simple air conditioner purchase. The one chosen had to be ordered. It arrived when promised. Although delivery was offered, we were able to pick it up at the store, which we found to be a nicely designed shop & were greeted with friendly assistance upon arriving.

I was going to order my appliance package through Home Depot, however, I was told by many people that anything ordered through Home Depot is made with cheaper materials, such as plastic and metals to bring the cost down. I decided to stop by ocean State appliances. Shane and Alissa were very friendly and knowledgeable yet professional. Delivery was smooth. Not only did I get the usual three hour window of delivery time, they also called me 10 minutes before they arrived, which is very much appreciated To make sure pets and kids are secured before their arrival. Highly recommend

This is an outstanding Company! I was having trouble getting a Refrigerator/Freezer. I had already been waiting over 4 weeks for delivery from the original company I went to. Then I came to Ocean State Appliance. Alissa not only knew the inventory, but she found the unit I was looking for. The other company couldn't find it. Alissa was friendly, knowledgeable, and a total professional. She kept me informed through out the progress of the order. On delivery day Shane called ahead to inform me he was on his way. He arrived on time, took the old refrigerator, and made sure the new one was up and running before he left. I cant speak highly enough of this company and its 2 owners. Great Job! I will be back when I'm ready to get a new drier.
